Minna Kankainen, BA in biomedical laboratory science, has started as Labquality’s new Customer Service Manager. Before joining us, Minna has held various positions at the clinical laboratories of HUSLAB.Minna also has a master’s degree in Health Business Management.
In her new role at Labquality, Minna leads our customer service team of four. She also acts as the key point-of-contact for our largest Finnish EQA customers and takes part in our daily customer service routines. In addition, one of Minna’s main roles is to be part of our sales team at both international and national exhibitions. So, in the future you will be meeting her at our exhibition booths! “I am really looking forward to meeting our clients as well as all the other laboratory professionals and discuss quality assurance,” Minna says enthusiastically.
What are Minna’s expectations on her new job? And what will she be bringing to our customer service team? “I am lucky because I am familiar with Labquality’s business as an EQA client. This is a great benefit working with customer service,” she says and continues: “Yet I learn a lot every day from the conversations with customers and with my colleagues. The extent of Labquality’s business has been a surprise even though I knew a lot about it. And I want to keep learning!” Minna hopes to keep developing our customer service continuously. And for that she has one kind request for all our clients. “I hope our clients share their ideas and needs with us openly. All feedback is very valuable for us. This dialogue is the cornerstone when improving our operations.”
