Jukka Korhonen – New Key Account Manager

Jukka Korhonen has been assigned as Key Account Manager to Labquality´s international sales team. Jukka will be responsible of Labquality´s Distributors in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He will start in this new position first of september 2018.

Jukka has been working for 3 years as a customer relations coordinator in Labquality. Before that, he has been working in laboratories in both public and private sector, and as a consultant in POC implementation.


Service is the key to successful external quality assessment

As a customer service coordinator, I learned how important role service plays in EQA. Without a good service and personal touch, there is no growth nor successful partnership. I’m here to figure out together, how you can get the best advantage of Labquality´s EQA.

My mission

To me personally, it is very important to promote external quality assessment for the whole process of laboratory investigation. Preanalytics is the hardest part to control in laboratory process. Its importance is widely known within laboratory professionals, but this knowledge doesn´t always reach the staff, who collect and handle patient samples. Without measuring and comparing we don´t know the performance level. And what we don´t know, we can´t improve. The aim of EQA is not to point mistakes, but to encourage in improving, and finally to increase patient safety.
