Can all specimens be delivered to any country? Labquality has a distributor in many countries. Please, see the list of distributors. If the distributor is not available, the deliveries can be made directly to the laboratory. Each case will be considered according to the surveys ordered and mailing possibilities (mailing time, customs etc.).
Can I order microbiological surveys? The microbiological surveys that are marked in Labquality's Schemes with an asterisk (*) will be delivered only via national distributors and if the number of participants per survey and per distributor is at least five.

How can I send my method data for general clinical chemistry?
You will receive the client code and password when your order has been registered. Using these codes you can enter ww.labquality.fi - Participant services, and send the methods data via the Internet. It is also possible to print the methods data book in Participant services channel and send the methods data using the methods data form.
When will I get specimens? After your order has been registered, you will have a confirmation of your order where you can see the surveys that have been accepted. If you have sent your order in the middle of the year, there may be limits to participation. Labquality only guarantees the participation if the oder for the next year has been made before November. The EQA Schemes book tells the deliveries by month. The precise mailing dates are published weekly in the delivery calendar.
