D Immunology and Microbiology (bacterial serology, bacteriology, mycology, parasitology and virology).
E Pathology (for 2010, surveys for 2011 will be announced on September 2010)
F Point-of-care
Delivery months are listed in the Order Form (on the Internet and paper).
Prices are in the separate Price List.
